Sales Representative - Building Services & Construction
Location: Bridgeport, NJ (Remote & face-to-face in Bridgeport, NJ & Pennsylvania)
Compensation: Competitive salary 2.9% commission (75% guaranteed in the first year)
Key Requirements:
- Business development and pipeline growth experience.
- Knowledge of power generation and temperature control equipment.
- Proven ability to meet $2 million annual sales target.
- Familiarity with power generators, diesel engines, and electrical distribution.
Preferred:
- Salesforce experience.
- Technical background in power generation or HVAC.
- Existing network in building and construction.
Role Overview:
Engage in sales activities with new and existing customers, focusing on growth and relationship building. Meet revenue targets through proactive sales, product demos, and effective CRM management.
