We are seeking a skilled and experienced Modelling & Simulation (M&S) SME to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks assessing operational relevance, system survivability, system effectiveness, and overall system performance in engagement and mission-level scenarios.
Develop performance models and algorithms, threat models and command and control models for new and/or existing system simulation frameworks.
Administer, operate, and maintain the suite of commercial and military modeling and simulation systems to include BOSS, MLST3, WASP, ExCIS, and NGTS.
Implement the ports, protocols, and policies that are associated with modeling and simulation such as Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) and/or High-Level Architecture (HLA) and connections to Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE).
Automate war scenario execution for joint all domain test events using tools such as BOSS, MLST3, WASP, ExCIS, and NGTS.
Develop NGTS model plug-ins and I/O plug-ins using the NGTS Software Developer's Kit (SDK) to simulate war scenarios.
Administer both Windows and LINUX based systems.
Configure virtualized server computing environment.
Plan, install, modify, and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs) and Virtual Networks at all levels of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model; specifically, technologies and architectures employed by the USMC in tactical environments.
Contribute to the development of the test plan, identifying the resources, schedule, and test cases required to achieve the test objectives.
Develop test cases and test scripts to support systems under test and simulation tools.
Develop scenarios and supports mission thread development.
Provide input to the test report, ensuring that all stated requirements and test objectives have been evaluated and the documented results adequately and accurately reflect the collected data and analysis conducted during the event.
Qualifications:
Minimum Position Requirements:
Four years experience in developing and applying M&S methodology in an integrated test environment.
Ability to apply M&S expertise through technology processes, methodologies, standards, or frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in applying M&S tools and methodologies.
Working knowledge and understanding of MIL-STD-6016 (Link 16), MIL-STD-3011 (JREAP), MIL-STD-6017 (VMF), and MIL-STD-6020 (Data Forwarding).
Experience using tools to analyze Link 16 and VMF data collected during a test event to ensure messages conform to the MIL-STDs.
Experience creating M&S scenarios of threat, neutral, and friendly aircraft, ground units, surface and subsurface platforms, and their corresponding weapons and subsystems, and their interactions in a realistic theater environment.
Experience establishing M&S interfaces to support distributed simulations to communicate over different simulation protocols.
Experience in M&S of C5I systems and tactical communication links.
Desired Position Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Hands-on experience with Next Generation Threat System (NGTS) Software Developer's Kit (SDK).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
Hands-on experience with Advanced C programming language.
