Job Summary
The Oracle Fusion Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Fusion solutions to meet the business needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless integration of Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Reporting to the Quality & Process Manager, this role will be based in the Rockville, MD headquarters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Oracle Integration Cloud solutions.

Maintain and enhance integrations between various applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, system errors, and data discrepancies.

Create and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Fusion applications.

Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide post-production support for resolution of day-to-day client issues.

Optimize pace and meet deadlines for assigned tasks as per defined quality standards.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion configuration and support.

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and its integration with OIC.

In-depth knowledge and experience with OIC, including its architecture and features.

Thorough knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and related modulesWhile not always necessary, knowledge of industry-specific data and trends can be beneficial.

Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently with minimal guidance, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Conducts work in both field-type environments and professional office settings with local travel to jobsites to conduct inspections.
Physical working conditions may involve the following:

Lifting up to 20 pounds.

Extended periods of sitting, walking, standing, reaching, and/or bending.

Extended periods of reading fine print on a computer or in paper-based format.
