The Role - What Job Responsibilities Look Like :
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers including external feed consultants, sales representatives, and other clients. Along with performing order entry, keeping files, invoicing, and handling customer issues and questions. In addition, the position provides administrative support for all office, sales, and operations coworker needs as directed.
Some Job Functions Include :
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support via phone, email, and / or in-person transactions and interactions.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Accurately enter orders into the feed management system.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Management of the standing order / keep-fill programs.
- Provide logistics support with delivery rescheduling communication to customers as directed.
- Update and maintain CRM customer account information.
- Customer Incident Report (CIR) Entry as needed.
- Sort incoming paperwork from the mill and disperse and / or file it appropriately.
- Prepare mailings, make copies, scan, file, etc.
- Print and stack route feed orders.
- Track office supply needs and submit order requests to Purchasing.
