At this time, STAR is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for millwork to join our team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. This role plays a critical role in ensuring that our clients’ projects are executed above expectations.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machines.
- Ability to work in AutoCAD files and AlphaCAM programming software.
- Calculate cut sheets for fabrication and posting of inventory.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve production processes.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specification

Qualifications:
- 2 years proven experience as a CNC Programmer
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD & AlphaCAM).
