We are seeking energetic, fun individuals both Lead Teachers (ECT Certification proof required) and Teacher Assistants for all ages.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you would have a rewarding career in helping plan and implement an ongoing program of activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. 

Make an impact! As a teacher you will:

• Supervise daily class functions of a group of children.
• Assess each child's individual ongoing developmental needs.
• Implement an approved lesson plan and daily classroom schedule.
• Work with Assistant Teacher(s) and the Director in planning parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations.
• Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions.
• Comply with all applicable state, or federal regulatory rules and laws pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills:

· Minimal requirements for Lead Teacher qualifications: two-year degree in ECE, Child Development, family studies, CDA, or equivalent. Experience working in with infants and toddlers.

· Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

· Must be eligible to work in a childcare setting.

· Must have valid First Aid and Infant /Child CPR card and keep current or obtain within 30 days of employment if applicable to the position.

· Be a positive role model for children; language, dress, and behavior must be appropriate to a childcare setting.

· Must show emotional stability and maturity.

· Sensitive to cultural diversity.

· Must be able to establish an atmosphere of trust and respect with families, children, and staff.

· Adhere to strict standards of confidentiality.

· Demonstrate the highest standard of integrity, truthfulness, honesty, and ethics.

· Must be able to work effectively as a member as a team.
