What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver/Warehouse position at State Electric Supply Company?

Our customers are serviced by a local team of experienced and knowledgeable employees in each of our branches, with additional support from company-wide resources and specialists.
The DELIVERY DRIVER/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE will be responsible for:
- Safely operate company owned vans or box trucks to deliver products to customer in a timely manner.
- Loading/unloading merchandise from delivery vehicle.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
- Obtaining customer signatures when needed.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles.
- Assisting in warehouse tasks as needed and assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license
- Time management skills.
- Physical ability to load and unload heavy cargo.
