The State of Connecticut, Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is now accepting applications for a full-time Processing Technician position, within the Driver Regulations Division, in the Wethersfield office.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Full-time
- First shift; Monday- Friday
- Schedule: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Location: Wethersfield, CT
- This position is on-site/in office
THE ROLE:
- Processing incoming mail and sending correspondence to customers and/or other agencies/jurisdictions.
- Processing License and non-Driver ID credentials.
- Preparing Passenger Endorsement packets for review.
- Processing online transactions and responding to customer inquiries by phone, email or on the web.
- Preparing boxes for storage.
- Researching customer issues regarding the processing and receiving of their credential.
