JOB OVERVIEW

• Clinical Psychologist works with staff and patients to identify needs, available resources, and gaps in services.
• Detect psychological, emotional, behavioral issues, and diagnose disorders using information obtained from interviews, tests, records, or reference materials.
• Use a variety of treatment methods, such as psychotherapy, behavior modification, psychodrama, and other methods.
• Prepare and complete written assessment reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed as required by title 37, chapter 17, part 3, MCA, by the Montana Board of Medical Examiners, including:
• Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Complete a course of study meeting minimum standards specified in the Board's rules ARM 24.189.604.
• Pass all steps of the medical licensing examination as designated by the Board of Medical Examiners.
