Hotel Sales Manager

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives and building relationships with clients to maximize occupancy and profitability. The ideal sales manager candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills, plus experience collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities of the Hotel Sales Manager:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and more to earn business
• Prepare and present sales proposals 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the hotel
• Manage the sales budget and ensure adherence to financial targets

Qualifications for the Hotel Sales Manager:

• Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and sales techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
