We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Vacuum carpets and clean hard floor surfaces using appropriate equipment.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning rooms and public areas efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred, particularly in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff members.
- Physical stamina is required as the role involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive tasks.
