Staybridge Suites is looking for an energetic individual to join our team. This position will be a combination of 1st and 2nd shift. 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm.. At the Guest Service Desk multi-tasking and being a self-starter are a must! At our extended-stay hotel, our goal is to provide a home-like setting for our guests. Enthusiastic about Hospitality? Job Overview:
Guest Services welcomes guests in person and over the phone every day. A multi-tasker and self-starter would best fit this role as the hotel desk is busy. As the first point of contact for all of our guests, you will coordinate with different departments to ensure an outstanding stay as well as smooth hotel operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location
- Acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests, in person or on the phone
- Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and telling them about ways to improve their stay; Encouraging guest surveys
Qualifications:
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role, willing to train the right candidate
- Experience with Hotel Property Management System, Opera Express, or Opera Cloud
- Cash Handling and Credit Card Processing
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable Transportation and Attendance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
