We are seeking a knowledgeable IT professional to support and manage IT systems. The right candidate enjoys keeping up to date on IT systems and software to maximize the value of technology in our business. Additionally, the candidate will become an expert on the functional side of business applications, and possess superior people skills, technical expertise, and an aptitude for problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment
- End user PC and software support
- Server and Network hardware support
- VMWare and Windows server administration
- IT Disaster Recovery planning and testing
- Work with end users to solve business and technology problems
Qualifications
Preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with multiple operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud services
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM
- Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics platforms
- Experience with project management software and methodologies
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Degree / Certification in Computer Science or Information Technology
