Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging group fitness classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Provide personalized training sessions that focus on individual client goals, fitness levels, and preferences.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Utilize knowledge of physiology to design effective workout programs that promote strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages participation and motivates clients to reach their personal health objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to continuously improve personal skills and client offerings.
- Assist with fitness sales initiatives by promoting services and programs available at the facility.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment that enhances the overall member experience.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a related role such as personal training or sports coaching is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles, physiology, body mechanics, and health club operations.
- Experience in leading group fitness classes or CrossFit sessions is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to educate clients effectively while demonstrating enthusiasm for health and wellness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction from an accredited organization is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.92 - $35.00 per hour
