POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and accurate flow of goods within the warehouse environment. This role encompasses a wide range of duties, including receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, managing stock levels, picking and packing orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

· Oversee the receiving process of incoming inventory.
· Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming goods to ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
· Prepare and process receiving documentation
· Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system (WMS) or other inventory tracking software.
· Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
· Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory.
· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of warehouse procedures and best practices.
· Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently (if applicable).
· Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., sales, purchasing, customer service) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, carriers).
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
· Transport material to crews at different locations.

- Valid Driver’s License
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in using a warehouse management system (WMS) or other inventory tracking software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Forklift certification preferred (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
