Stellar Solutions is seeking a Space Ground Systems Integration Testing and Verification Lead to lead the development, integration, and testing of ground systems in support of SDA Tranche 3 Systems Integration.
Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications
Join the team getting systems engineering and integration development done at an accelerated pace for a government customer. We are looking for mission focused engineers accustomed to automated engineering, program and task management tools at senior and mid-career levels to anchor our larger team with their core strengths
- Oversee the design and integration of ground systems that support satellite operations, including control and communication systems.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure ground systems meet mission requirements and are effectively integrated with space systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, test plans, and integration procedures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ground systems and lead resolution efforts during testing and operational phases.
Required Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in ground systems engineering, focusing on development, integration, and testing.
- Expertise in satellite ground systems, control systems, and related technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system integration issues.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

- TS/SCI
- Position location is Chantilly, VA with consideration for Aurora, CO
The typical pay range for this position is USD $165,000 - $210,000 per year, total package. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, and a full benefits package including a significant profit-sharing retirement savings plan.
