Director of Infrastructure

• Lead and mentor a team that includes service desk, network, server, PC support, and Office 365 administration roles.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure's design, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance across all sites.
• Manage the service desk, ensuring the team meets SLAs and KPIs related to ticket response and resolution times, customer satisfaction, and overall service quality.
• Track and analyze service desk performance metrics, using KPIs to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Implement best practices across infrastructure operations, ensuring alignment with IT best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Drive strategic initiatives, including cloud migration (Azure) and adoption of Power Platform and Dynamics 365, to improve infrastructure scalability and agility.
• Maintain and optimize the enterprise network, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects such as server deployments, network upgrades, and cloud solutions.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans while staying ahead of emerging technology trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management leadership role.
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, including Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Power Platform. Any Dynamics 365 would be a plus.
• Deep understanding of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
• Proven experience managing multi-site IT operations and a high-volume service desk, focusing on meeting SLAs and improving KPIs.
• Strategic mindset, with experience in implementing best practices and driving technology improvements.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices; certification is a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure) and leading cloud migration projects.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
