What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN/CMA (Full-Time) position at Stevens Community Medical Center?
Stevens Community Medical Center, a critical access hospital and clinic, has a full-time position within its Morris Clinic for an LPN or CMA to join our team working with a variety of primary care practices to deliver timely, quality patient health care services. This position also has the ability to work with a variety of specialists such as Urology, ENT, and Teleheart.
Skills and Abilities required:
- Ability to communicate effectively with physician, patient, public, and staff
- Knowledge of clinical technical skills
- Must demonstrate sensitivity with confidential information
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and willingness to learn and use programs
- Participates in activities directed towards continuous improvement within the department
- Demonstrates a commitment to assuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt to varied situations
Skills and Abilities preferred:
- Working knowledge of Epic electronic health record (EHR) system
- Clinical experience
Sign-on bonus available! $1,500 for LPN/CMA with experience, $750 for LPN/CMA without experience.

Pay Information: $21.65 up to $29.57 and is dependent on prior relevant experience.
