We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
- Utilize tools and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential problems.
- Install, repair, or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and appliances.
- Assist with painting, drywall repair, and other cosmetic improvements.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and plumbing is essential.
- Experience using an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
