We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on residential sites. The Inspector will be responsible for evaluating residential properties through inspections to ensure compliance with contracts and quality control measures.
Duties
- Open availability
- Conduct move-in, move-out renewal, pet inspection,and flyer inspections on residential properties
- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify any discrepancies or areas of concern.
- Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
- Technology savvy you will be using a mobile phone doing the inspection
- Experience in residential inspection or a related field is preferred.
- have knowledge of repairs (not necessarily a handyman) or are willing to be trained and trainable.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis techniques relevant to residential properties
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
