Duties
- Conduct inspections at the property, move-in Inspection, move-out inspection, renewal inspection flyer inspection and pet insection.
- Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports in zInpector app
- Utilize pipeline inspection techniques to assess project progress
Experience
- Previous experience in residential inspection or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of data collection methods and quality assurance practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants
