Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, hotels, and residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure a clean environment.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care activities to maintain the appearance of carpets and hard surfaces.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote hygiene and safety.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel cleaning or housekeeping is preferred .
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
