OVERVIEW:
This critical role of Sales & Account Executive will report directly to the respective Regional Director in the Field. Stila Cosmetics is looking for a proactive, creative, energetic and efficient Sales & Account Executive to join our Field Sales team.
The ideal candidate will drive sales and enhance Stila’s positioning and penetration by ensuring the proficiency of retailer beauty advisors and local artists, as well as through successful execution of scheduled events.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Increase sales and achieve targeted sales growth
· Deliver sales objectives while staying within budgetary parameters
· Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with store management, Stila staff and retail partners
· Plan and execute effective in-store events which will drive sales and support marketing objectives
· Educate, train and develop beauty advisors and sales staff through store visits and constant feedback, as well as through training programs based on product knowledge, make-up artistry and selling techniques
· Provide ongoing coaching to beauty advisors and artists to ensure consistent standards and in store practices
· Continuously assess and evaluate each door’s sales strategy and training results
· Immediate and constant communication of any store, employee, or product issues to the Regional Director and/or appropriate management
· Collaborate with management, training and in the creation of training workshops
· Financial responsibility of accounts, demonstration and budgets
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Must have experience in field sales, artistry, or training and vendor negotiations
· Experience with Sephora and/or Ulta a plus
· Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
· Strong leadership skills, ability to multi-task
· Must enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, creative environment
· Ability to manage projects effectively and to completion
· Strong follow up and follow through
· Travel will be required
