Responsibilities

- Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
- Experience in grocery store or retail sales preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math tasks.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.

- Attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and inventory accuracy.
