We are seeking a Technical Services Support Specialist to work out of our USA headquarters in Bethlehem, PA.
The Technical Services Support Specialist is a key part of the team that provides our dealers with quality technical and troubleshooting support during and after the installation of a Stiltz Homelift.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide our dealers with elevator installation and troubleshooting support (phone, text, email, video)
- Provide installation and troubleshooting training during our monthly in-person dealer training sessions
- Maintain accurate call reports
- Move/lift heavy items (50 pounds) as needed
- Provide out of hours, on-call technical support on a rotating basis
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Technical, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
- Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance/repair
- Residential elevator experience (preferred)
- Reading electrical circuit diagrams
- Familiarity with standard hand and mechanics tools
- PC computer operation (Windows, Office)
EDUCATION
- High school or equivalent (required)
- Technical school (preferred)
SALARY & BENEFITS
- $50,000 - $55,000 per annum
