Job Title: Restaurant Server

Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by offering courteous, efficient, and personalized service to each guest. This role requires attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, offer recommendations, and answer menu questions.
- Order Taking and Serving: Take accurate orders, communicate with kitchen staff, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Table Maintenance: Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs, refilling beverages, removing empty dishes, and providing additional service items as necessary.
- Upselling and Recommendations: Make menu and drink recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Billing and Payment: Prepare accurate bills, process payments, and handle transactions responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant server role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
