Account Management Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Account Management Specialist to support our growing enterprise business in North America. The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for providing enterprise account support, managing queries, quoting, file engineering, analyzing, and maintaining data, processing and resolving complaints, preparing reports, providing software demos, client onboarding and other administrative duties. The Account Manager Specialist will provide support to our Account Management team to foster a deep cross-organization understanding of needs and technology offers for each client, manage correspondence, and ensure that the client’s experience exceeds expectations. A successful Account Management Specialist will have a good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with Account Management team to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Become an expert in Straker Translations software and services and educate clients on the use and benefits of our entire service offering
• Manage client projects from quoting through project completion
• Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other technical teams to ensure an exceptional client experience and take care of any client issues
• Be a client advocate while capturing feedback and reporting requests to appropriate department

• Ensure all administrative needs for the client are met and updated with the required frequency to ensure no disruption of service

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Client Success, Client Support, Customer Service, or Account Management

• Proven ability to maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player

• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
• The ability to plan and strategize in collaboration with clients

• A persuasive and confident approach to sales/client management

• Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Industry experience is preferred but not required
