Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage complex and shifting calendars, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel
- Prepare written communications, agendas, and meeting notes
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Coordinate and execute events
- Prepare expense reports
- Assist virtually with personal work-related tasks for executives, as needed
Executive Assistant Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of administrative/analytical experience reporting to a C-level executive
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage several task simultaneously
- Bias to action and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong technical abilities including experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and Slack
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
