Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Develop project schedules using Buildertrend or similar tools to allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets, adjusting as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Prolog or Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination techniques and best practices in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and tools.
- Proficient in using construction management software such as Prolog or similar platforms.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and understand technical specifications.
- Experience with project scheduling software like Primavera is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
