My Client, one of the Best Accounting Firms to Work for Nationwide, Top 75 Firm, Is seeking an Audit Senior for a hybrid role in NYC.
- Manage and execute audits of financial statements for a wide range of clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, assist in the planning and execution of audits, and communicate directly with clients to address their needs.
Audit Execution:
Lead and perform audits for various clients, ensuring that audits are completed on time and in accordance with regulatory and firm standards.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the audit process, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns.
Supervise Junior Staff:
Mentor and supervise staff auditors, review their work, and provide guidance and feedback on their performance.
Audit Planning:
Assist in planning audit engagements, including risk assessments, and resource allocation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of audit experience.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Masters / CPA is a Plus
