Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff and clients.
- Maintain an organised front desk area and ensure it is always welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and assist them with any concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
