Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in our assembly line processes. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. MUST BE OVER 21
Duties
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools to assist in the assembly and fabrication of products.
- Work on the assembly line to ensure timely production of goods while adhering to safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts as needed.
- Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.
Experience
- 2 yrs plus previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is REQUIRED.
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Experience operating forklifts, BOBTAIL, is a plus, but nor required along with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- A background in assembly or fabrication processes will be beneficial for this role.
