The Stray Dog Bar and Grill is looking for a hardworking, reliable To-Go Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for taking and placing to-go food orders using our online system, phone calls, and in-person orders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly manner.
• Accurately record and submit all food and beverages ordered, process payments, and balance all receipts. 
• Work directly and communicate with other FOH team members and management to ensure all guest needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Be knowledgeable of menu, bar, and general company information to address guests questions regarding special requests, allergy restrictions, proper food-handling and sanitation policies, and other relevant information.
• Communicate with fellow team members and management to keep one another informed.
• Maintain neat and organized work areas.
• Accomplish all running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled specialist to take over.
• Notify management immediately of any potential guest or operational issue.
• Perform other relevant tasks as instructed by management.

Required Qualifications: 

• Strong skills in communication, customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with numbers and handle cash.
• Experience in or ability to learn the POS system.
