Position Overview
Streib Company is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Systems Department , focusing on Solar, Security, and Specialty Systems . This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, working with customers to assess their needs, and coordinating with estimators to develop accurate bids . The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, skilled in relationship-building, and comfortable working both in the field and in the office.
The Sales Representative - Systems Department will play a key role in expanding our presence in the St. Louis market by developing strong relationships with new and existing customers while ensuring our projects align with Streib's high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Develop New Business Opportunities
Proactively scout and identify potential Solar, Security, and Specialty Systems projects.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, and general contractors .
Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and designers to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Solar, Security, and Specialty Systems sales.
