Position Details:
- Role: Customer Care Agent (Part-Time)
- Location: Remote (Based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area)
- Compensation: $20/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Educate, assist, and delight our customers with exceptional service.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries via email (90%) and phone (10%).
- Deliver a white-glove approach to large church customers, ensuring their success.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to provide seamless support.
- Become an expert in our products and services across all brands.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years in Customer Service, Support, or Retail roles.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with tools like Zendesk, Trello, Zoom, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Workspace: A distraction-free home office with a stable internet connection.
- Faith Connection: Involvement in your local faith community and comfort engaging with faith leaders and counselors (Christian and Catholic).
