Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and educational exercises.
- Assist with homework and provide educational support as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Administer first aid when necessary and respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
Skills
- Proficient in First Aid and CPR techniques.
- Proven experience in nannying or babysitting roles, demonstrating strong caregiving skills.
- Knowledge of infant care practices, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques.
- Experience with toddler care, focusing on developmental milestones and activities.
- Ability to educate children through play-based learning methods.
- Familiarity with daycare environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with both children and parents.
