STS CONSTRUCTION is Hiring a Multi-Family Superintendent (LA Office) Near Los Angeles, CA

We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Our commercial buildings consist of multi-family and mixed-use. We are committed to craftsmanship and having a team/family-oriented environment!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Manage construction schedule
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 years of previous experience in construction superintendent role in Hotel, Mutli-family/Mixed use ground up new construction
- Experience in Type I/Type III Construction with managing construction schedules
- Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes
- Safety 30 (min) and First Aide Certification

Job Site Locations: North-South Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
- End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
