As a BDC Agent you identify sales leads among new and existing customers as well as maintain client relationships. This is a call center position where duties include answering inbound calls, setting appointments, as well as outbound follow-up calls.

Education and/or Experience

- Prior sales, call center, internet department or BDC experience required.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- Phone skills fluency required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Communicates effectively by phone, in person, and in writing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high transactional sales environment.
- Ability to build rapport over the phone and in person.
- Organizes work effectively, prioritizes objectives, and exercises independent judgment.
- Basic knowledge of internet software; order processing systems; inventory software and spreadsheet software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
