Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations.
- Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Weld components when necessary to repair or fabricate equipment.
- Maintain logic controllers and other automated systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and inventory of supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as an Ohmmeter.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise projects effectively.
- Experience in welding and fabrication is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
