Title: SPS Central Office Administrative Clerk
Reports to: Director of Student Services and Assistant Superintendent
Location: Central Office
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Director of Student Services and the Assistant Superintendent, the Central Office Administrative Clerk will assist in the management of all Student Services and Teaching and Learning related operations. This Central Office Administrative Clerk will assume primary responsibility for executing a host of ongoing department functions. Additionally, this position will have workflow tasks that support the ebb and flow of duties such as document revision and tracking, purchase orders, grant support, and other general Central Office Department tasks as necessary.
The schedule will be comprised as follows, however it may be modified at the discretion of the Department Directors, according to work demands of Central Office Departments:
.6 FTE - Student Services Department (3 days per week)
.4 FTE - Teaching and Learning Department (2 days per week)
Work Year: 12 months
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 4:00pm with a ½ hour unpaid lunch
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Hiring is contingent upon a successful CORI and fingerprinting clearance.
