What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
As a Producer, you’ll be a go-to resource for both our internal teams and clients. Passionate about solving problems and helping projects run smoothly, your day-to-day will include:
- Collaborating with strategy and creative teams on branding and marketing activations across various channels.
- Building and executing project plans while communicating across teams, clearly setting expectations, and realigning expectations as priorities change.
- Acting as a conductor in a fast-paced environment—relied on to prioritize project deliverables, facilitate decisions among stakeholders, and maintain process and best practices.
- Anticipating future needs by thinking steps ahead while fixing issues with ease as they arise.
- Keeping projects on track so they’re delivered on time, according to specifications and budget.
- Working alongside clients to communicate milestones and changes while serving as a subject matter expert for all things activation.
- 8 years of producer experience at a branding or advertising agency.
- Experience working across a range of project types, including digital.
- Rockstar problem-solving skills and a mastery of juggling multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Innate sense for involving the right people at the right time.
- Top-notch communication skills from interpersonal to written and verbal.
- Ability to proactively identify milestone interdependencies across different workstreams
- and projects to ensure feasibility of all timelines and deliverables.
- True passion and appreciation for the power of creative, with the ability to articulate creative direction and evaluate creative ideas and the quality of execution.
