We are looking for a visionary Social Media Content Manager to join our innovative team - someone who can catch the pulse of ever-evolving social trends and use them to weave the Sullivans story across our digital landscape.

Your Role: You are not just a content creator; you are a trendsetter. You have a finger on the pulse of social movements, a sharp eye on the horizon for the next big thing, and the agility to pivot content at the drop of a hat. Your mission is to elevate the Sullivans brand by being at the forefront of social conversations, engaging our community in genuine and dynamic dialogues, and bringing our products into the spotlight with a strategy that's as responsive as it is creative.

Location: While the ideal arrangement involves on-site work, we are open to considering remote work options for candidates who demonstrate the necessary qualifications and suitability for the role.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional ability to anticipate and act on social trends, with a talent for real-time engagement and content optimization.
  • Proficient across major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and well-versed in digital content creation for web platforms.
  • Adept with social media management tools and comprehensive understanding of content management systems.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years in a creative role with proven success in social media marketing and web content creation, ideally in home decor or related industries.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, tailored for both social and web mediums.
  • Demonstrable experience with social analytics and SEO tools to refine and align content strategies with brand goals.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and a creative eye for styling, photography, and visual composition in the home decor space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in social media management and content generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee content from ideation to live post, including strategizing, scheduling, shooting, and editing, with a meticulous eye for the fine details that elevate our brand.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure all content is on-brand, aligns with marketing strategies, and meets performance goals.
  • Analyze social media trends and website metrics to continuously refine our content strategy, ensuring Sullivans remains a leading voice in home décor.
  • Respond swiftly to real-time trends and audience feedback, adjusting content plans to maintain relevance and engagement across all digital touchpoints.
  • Conceptualize and produce stylish, brand-aligned content for both social media channels and our e-commerce website.
  • Design and produce compelling content that showcases our home décor products with an elegant and contemporary aesthetic, suitable for both social platforms and our website.
  • Collaborate with our design team to stage photoshoots that capture the essence of Sullivans' style, ensuring that every piece of content from the snapshot to the story reflects our brand's quality and design philosophy.
  • Manage the creation of social-first video content and adapt it for website integration, optimizing each piece for its intended platform, whether it's TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or our homepage.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative content campaigns that weave together product highlights with lifestyle elements, encouraging our audience to envision our décor in their own spaces.
  • Curating a social media marketing plan that's responsive and swift, embodying the spirit of real-time engagement.
