Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be prompt with good attendance
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work with little supervision
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on safety
• Prior work in the janitorial industry is preferred, but not necessary

Job Description:

Frequency: Five days per week (Monday through Friday) Starting at 6PM

Service Specification:

AREAS: Common Area, Lobby, Elevator, Stairwells, Offices, Common Hallways

1. Sweep exterior entrance and vacuum entry mats.

2. Clean entry glass doors.

3. Spot clean and disinfect touch points, walls, light switches, door surfaces and woodwork.

4. Empty all waste baskets and replace trash liners as needed (Liners provided by Client).

5. Dust all horizontal surfaces: including but not limited to office furnishings, desktops, credenza and file cabinets, picture frames, door jams, windowsills and baseboards.

6. Clean and disinfect conference room tables.

7. Vacuum all carpeted areas including stairs.

8. Sweep and mop all hard surface floors.

9. Turn off all designated lights.

10. Remove trash to allocated dumpster.

11. Secure doors upon completion of work and set alarm.

AREAS: Restrooms

1. Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper and seat cover dispensers (Product provided by Client).

2. Empty and spot clean all wastepaper receptacles. Replace liners as needed.

3. Clean and polish dispensers.

4. Clean mirror.

5. Clean, sanitize and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilet bowls and seats.

6. Spot clean walls around wash basin.

7. Sweep & mop floors with disinfectant solution.

AREAS: Break area.

1. Refill dispensers as needed. (Product provided by Client)

2. Empty trash, wipe down exterior and replace liners. (Liner provided by Client)

3. Wipe down, clean & disinfect countertops and cabinet exterior.

4. Wipe down, clean & disinfect all appliances exterior.

5. Wipe down, clean & disinfect all tables and chairs.

6. Sweep and mop hard floors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
