Typical Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in community involvement and/or working with clients, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License at time of appointment and throughout employment.
- Knowledge of care coordination and community resources.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and general database reporting systems.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with clients and community partners effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with Colorado State and Federal laws.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, walking, and driving as required by the job.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred and/or at least one year experience in community involvement and/or working with clients or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
