Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in Quickbooks, Human Rescores, Filing, Pay roll and Accounts payable. This role is essential in ensuring efficient office functionality, supporting staff, and managing front desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including overseeing administrative staff and front desk activities.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and managing messages efficiently.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members as needed.
- Prepare reports and manage office supplies inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and basic accounting tasks.
- Implement organizational strategies to enhance productivity within the office environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with staff and clients.
