Job Summary:
Summit Skilled Solutions is looking for skilled Mechanical Conveyor Installers for a Direct Hire position working in Spokane Valley, WA. As a Mechanical Conveyor Installer, you will be responsible for assembling and installing conveyor systems, ensuring they are set up according to client specifications. You will collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project deadlines and adhere to safety standards.
Mechanical Conveyor Installer Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Assemble and install conveyor systems based on detailed specifications.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess installation requirements.
- Perform stick welding as necessary during installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Mechanical Conveyor Installer Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in conveyor installation or similar field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
- Stick welding experience is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Tools required for the job.
Mechanical Conveyor Installer Compensation/Benefits:
- $28/hr to start
- $150/day per diem x 7 days (if all scheduled hours worked)
- Working 5/10s and 9 on Sat = 59 hours/week

Pay: $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60 – 70 per week
