Job Description
We currently have a need for a full-time candidate.
An OB/GYN practice located in Trinity is seeking a full-time Patient Representative to perform various administrative duties. The position requires someone that thrives in a busy and energetic environment.
Duties/Position:
- Patient relations: making the connection with the patient and placing them at ease from the moment they contact our practice
- Checking patients in/out
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification
- Ensuring the flow and timing of patient care and ensuring a productive schedule
- Ensure patients complete the required documentation and their information is current
- Collecting payments/money due
- Communication from the front office to the back office
- Other duties as assigned

- Basic computer skills are necessary
- Preference will be given to those with previous receptionist experience, OB/GYN office experience, EMR Athena Health experience and bilingual in Spanish.
