This role is responsible for performing repairs to homes following main panel upgrades or solar installations, ensuring customer satisfaction and restoring homes to their original condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in general home repair, knowledge of solar system servicing, and a basic understanding of roofing to assess and address potential roof leaks.
Key Responsibilities
- Home Damage Repairs:
- Conduct repairs related to main panel upgrades or solar installations, such as drywall, stucco, painting, and other necessary restorations.
- Ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards and comply with local building codes.
- Solar System Servicing:
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of solar systems, including inspecting panels, inverters, and wiring for functionality.
- Provide minor repairs or escalate issues to specialized technicians when necessary.
- Roof Leak Assessment:
- Inspect roofs for potential damage or leaks related to solar installations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners and coordinate with roofing professionals for complex repairs.
- Customer Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain repair plans, timelines, and any additional work required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience and build trust.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, materials used, and any follow-up work required.

Qualifications
- Experience:

- Skills:

- Willingness to travel to job sites within the greater Cincinnati area.
