Location: Lewisville, TX
Reports to: Production Manager

The Sunlight and Triathlon businesses in the Americas are on a journey to achieve $1bn in revenues in the coming years across the Industrial Mobility and Energy Storage System sectors.
Principal functions and responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-assembly duties that include cleaning and gathering materials.
- Use pneumatic equipment to maneuver heavy materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by ensuring materials and parts are appropriately labeled.
- Follow Bill of Materials and working instructions to make battery connections.
- Inspect for defective parts throughout production process.
- Operate quality control equipment (voltmeter, hydrometer, computer, and torque wrench) to ensure product consistency and secure electrical connections.
- Use computer terminal to finalize production and print all relevant labels.
- Use computer terminal to maintain productions in correct order.
- Use electric crane and electric banding tools to repalletize finished batteries and safely move them to the next stage.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn.
- Participate in on-site inventory events as required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to comply with safety protocols, procedures, and policies, and wear appropriate PPE.
- Ability to work alone with direction from a lead and in team settings.
- Ability to use electric material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
