As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly server! Our serverare the heart of our operation, and you'll join a team serving up fresh and seasonal food to our customers. Like our award winning pumpkin pancakes made with a secret, scratch-made batter, cooked to a golden, fluffy perfection, and topped with cinnamon butter and a tres leches drizzle!
Job Summary:
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
- Know the menu inside and out to answer any guest questions
- Perform housekeeping duties such as clearing and cleaning tables, chairs and floors from debris
- Ensure the restaurant is always clean and welcoming for guests
- Work with your team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
- Maintain cash and payments in a responsible matter
- Assist team members in other areas as needed
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially for customer interaction
- Flexibility to work any shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to move or lift up to 15 pounds
- Prior restaurant service experience
- High level of stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Have a great attitude and desire to learn and excel at your job (training will be provided!)
- Team-oriented
- Be on time, be dependable!
